Tis the Season...for Sugary Treats!

At my Christmas Recipe Swap Party last week, my friend and co-worker (or cell-mate, as we like to say- we share an office) brought this amazingly delicious Ding Dong Cake. I wish I had a more classy name for it, but I just don't. Trust me, it was fantastic, and gone in a matter of minutes. Here goes.

Ingredients:
1 Box of Ding Dongs
1 Container of Cool Whip
8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Family Size Package Chocolate Pudding
1 Chocolate Bar (Hershey's bar will do)
3 Cups Milk (or however much your pudding box calls for)

Instructions:
Cut Ding Dongs in half and place along bottom of 9x13 inch casserole-stype dish
Mix cream cheese, half the container of cool whip and powdered sugar together
Layer the cream cheese/coolwhip/sugar mixture on top of the Ding Dongs
Layer the prepared chocolate pudding on top next
Put the other half of the plain cool whip on top
Shred chocolate bar (I use a cheese grater) on top for added pizazz
Let sit in fridge for 1-2 hours (overnight even better) and serve cold.

Enjoy!
